# Bug Reports

> How to report bugs on Hypernova

To report a bug, open a support ticket in our Discord server. [**Join here**](https://discord.gg/PBvZbvRTrN).

  Scammers often impersonate support staff or offer unsolicited help in trading servers. Always disregard direct messages from individuals claiming to be support. Only seek assistance through private tickets.

  <Step title="Join our Discord">
    Click the link above to join the Hypernova Discord server. If you don't have a Discord account, create one first, then return to the link.

  <Step title="Verify your account">
    Complete the verification step to access the server. This keeps the community safe by preventing bot accounts from joining.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Ignore direct messages">
    Disregard any DMs from people claiming to be support. Official assistance is only provided through server ticket channels. We recommend disabling DMs from server members in your Discord privacy settings.

  <Step title="Open a ticket">
    Navigate to the **tickets** channel at the top of the channel list and follow the instructions to create a support ticket.

  <Step title="Describe the issue">
    Provide detailed information about the bug in your ticket. Include what you were doing, what you expected to happen, and what happened instead. The more detail you provide, the faster our team can help.
